Dr. Escalante believes that medicine can and should be personalized, that the best medical care is provided with a team approach between provider and family. She also believes that the Pediatrician’s role is to support parents in their journey to raise safe, healthy, and resilient children. She specializes in care for medically complex children and has a special interest in autism, asthma, ADHD, adolescent health, and health equity.
In her spare time, Dr. Escalante enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys hosting, swimming, cooking, sitting at the playground, and getting involved in overly complicated projects with her husband. She finds pleasure in being involved in community life and connection building. She is always available to friends and neighbors for a long chat.
